Get to know the talented Centralized Staffing team of Elite Medical Staffing in Florida. We asked our team a few questions and they were happy to share a couple of things about themselves. We’re excited for you to get to know our wonderful team!
Katherine has been working with us for three years as of February 2022. Her favorite part about the Central Staffing team is being able to help connect clinicians with our clients from around the country. Every shift covered is another patient Elite can help take care of, and they’re happy to do so. Katherine is thankful for a lot of things in her life, but she’s especially thankful for happy and healthy family, friends, and co-workers. And as the holidays are approaching, she can’t wait for all of the seasonal decorations!
Lauren has been a valuable part of the team for 1.75 years now and she loves working with the Centralized Staffing crew. Her favorite thing about the group is the overall morale and strong sense of teamwork; everyone is always willing to help out one another. This fall, she is grateful for a happy and healthy family and is excited about the holiday season. Even though the leaves on the trees don’t change color in Florida, Lauren loves that it becomes the perfect temperature – not too hot and not too cold.
Victoria celebrated her first anniversary with Elite Medical Staffing this November and her favorite part about work is that her team is one big family, each helping one another to succeed. Besides being thankful for the team, she is also grateful for her new house that was built this year. She’ll be enjoying the fall weather with her new home and she couldn’t be happier.
Constance has been with the Central Staffing team for nine months and she loves the family bond shared between members. This fall, she’s most thankful for her family, friends, and furnishing her new apartment. Her favorite part about the holiday season is all of the decorations and the colder weather, as well as the fun costumes and outfits.
Brooke has been working at Elite Medical Staffing for five months and says, “Time is flying by!” Her favorite part of being part of the team is all the fun they have together. She says there’s always something happening and as a big family, the laughter never ends. Brooke is thankful that she’s almost done with undergrad and there have been so many opportunities to come her way. Her favorite part of fall is Thanksgiving where her family enjoys each other’s company, the football games, and delicious food.
Justin is another valued team member who has been with Elite Medical Staffing for about five months and his favorite thing about the team is working with a group of diverse, unordinary people. This fall, he’s most thankful for his dog, Juno, who can brighten anyone’s day. Justin is looking forward to the fall aesthetics and the weather cooling down from its normal 110-degree heat.
Taylor is a newer member of the Central Staffing team in Florida and she has been with us for about three months. Her favorite thing about working with the team is it’s like a big family – everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. She is thankful for being accepted into college and the continuous opportunities that have come her way. This fall, Taylor is excited for football games, Thanksgiving, and the cooler weather.
Christopher is another newer addition to the Elite Medical Staffing crew and has been working hard for three months now. His favorite part about working with such an amazing team is the culture and environment. He loves working with his coworkers and appreciates how well they all work together as a unit. This year, Christopher is most thankful for the fact that he will be graduating college this semester. He loves the fall and can’t wait for the weather to start cooling down.
Caira has been working with Elite Medical Staffing for about three months and she loves her new job. She said, “From the moment I did my interview with the Central Staffing team, I knew I found my home.” She loves that everyone welcomed her with open arms and took the time to assist her in her training. As a work-family, each member made sure to include Caira in their conversations and even brought gifts for her. Besides being thankful for her new group of coworkers and friends, she is grateful for her family’s health and success throughout the challenges brought on by COVID-19. Caira is excited for fall because it’s one step closer to Christmas, one of her favorite times of the year.
