Last month, we introduced you to our staff in Detroit. Now, we were hoping you could get to know our team in Little Rock. We asked them to share a few things about themselves and their favorite Fall or Halloween traditions to give you some insight into our enthusiastic and hard-working team.
Sierra started at Elite on March 16th, 2020, right when the pandemic hit. Her favorite part of the job is that it’s constantly changing and that we’re always adapting to what comes our way. With the latest applications and ways to communicate with our Elite Family, everyone is learning new things all the time. Change always mixes up the office and keeps the job interesting and exciting. Her favorite Halloween habit is creating a mini haunted maze in front of her home for trick-or-treaters, keeping up a family tradition started by her dad.
Krystal joined Elite simultaneously as Sierra, and she is excited to see how much they’ve grown together since they’ve started. As a kid, her favorite fall activity was going to the pumpkin patch and walking through the “Haunted Corn Maze.” These days, she likes to go to Haunted Houses and grab dinner afterward to discuss which house was the best and who got scared the most.
Hailey has worked at Elite for about a year and a half. She’s gotten to see this company flourish, and she’s eager to see what the future holds. Having just moved to Arkansas a month ago, the office and the state have welcomed her with open arms. Her birthday is the day before Halloween, so she always gets at least two days to dress up. She considers every Halloween party to be her birthday party because why limit your birthday to one day?
Kyler has been with Elite since April 2021, and he appreciates that the team has room for growth and that they are taking the opportunity to improve together. He loves carving pumpkins in the fall and has been a fan of roasting pumpkin seeds ever since he was a kid.
Our team in Little Rock loves this time of year, but loves working together even more. Fall brings warmth and happiness as we prepare for the holidays as a group. And as the seasons come and go and our team of experienced workers evolves, we welcome change with excitement. Get to know our team because they’re eager to get to know you.
