- If you already have a contract with us and need staff, you can either contact your staffing coordinator to share your needs and let them handle the rest or enter your request directly in our mobile or web app to post shifts instantly.
What types of healthcare professionals do you provide?
We staff a wide range of clinical and allied health professionals, including travel nurses, per-diem staff, interim leadership, direct support professionals, and specialists for ICF/IID and Children & Family Services.

We strive to fill urgent requests as quickly as possible - often within 24 to 48 hours - depending on the role and location.

Our team offers 24/7 support to address any staffing issues or questions. We prioritize partnership and responsiveness to help your facility run smoothly.
How does billing work?
We provide transparent billing based on agreed rates. Invoices are issued weekly with detailed statements for your review.
What contract terms do you offer?
Contract lengths and terms are flexible and tailored to your needs. We can discuss and customize agreements to fit your facility’s requirements.

We will pay and bill time-and-one-half (1.5x) regular rates.

To further support last-minute shifts, we may also offer bonus incentives to our staff—at no additional cost to you—so your facility is never left without the coverage it needs.
What is the typical length of assignments?
Assignments vary from short-term per diem shifts to longer travel assignments and interim leadership roles. We tailor staffing to meet your facility’s unique needs.
Compliance & Quality
How do you ensure staff qualifications and compliance?
All professionals undergo rigorous credentialing, background checks, drug screenings, and licensing verification before placement. We maintain ongoing compliance monitoring to ensure standards are met.
What if a staff member does not meet expectations?
Please contact your dedicated Staffing Coordinator immediately. We’ll work with you to address concerns promptly, including providing replacements if necessary.
