If you do not already have a contract in place with us, please fill out the form here and a member of our team will reach out to you directly.
If you do have a contract in place with us and need to request staff, you can reach out to your staffing coordinator to let them know what you need and let them take care of the rest OR you can enter your needs directly in our app (mobile or web) and get your shifts out immediately.

Do you offer travel contracts?

Am I obligated to use your agency if we sign a contract?
There is no obligation to use our service if you sign a contract. Once we have a contract, it gives you the ability to utilize our services if they are ever in need. Please contact your local office for more information.
Can we hire one of your employees that applied with us?
Some terms and conditions apply. Facility agrees to notify EMS of its intent to hire any personnel who previously was referred to Facility by EMS during the preceding twelve (12) month period. In addition, the facility also agrees and warrants to pay a buyout of the employee’s agreement at 20% of employees annualized salary. The fee will be waived following the completion of 540 hours of work from the date of written notification of intent to hire.

I am a client and need to pay an invoice. How can I do this?
Invoices can be paid with an ACH, or with a check sent to the address on your invoice. If you would like to set up ACH payments or need assistance with an invoice, please contact Finance at ar@elitemedicalstaffing.com or 727-314-4811.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 48 hours in advance preferable
- Time & trouble 2-4 hours
What Holidays does your agency observe?
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day

- Christmas Day
We will pay and bill time-and-one-half (1.5x) regular rates.
Office Hours
Your main staffing coordinators are in office Mon-Fri 8a-5p. However, we do have 24/7 coverage if you need any assistance after office hours.
