Job Description
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, and more!
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting sourcing services to our Elite Medical Staffing team as well as scheduling our current employees with various clients. This individual will perform both conventional and creative sourcing activities from initial sourcing to phone interviews and qualification. A wide degree of creativity, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies and personal organization is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the identification and onboarding of field staff.
- Make daily service calls to clients to determine their need for staffing assistance.
- Gather and maintain employee availability.
- Proactively reverse-market employee availability to clients, in an effort to book shifts and grow the business.
- Maintain accurate and timely updating of client job orders in the database.
- Keep accurate schedules of employees and their assigned jobs.
- Assist with after-hours calls for the scheduling of employees to fill client job needs (as needed).
- Process employee compensation for transmission to corporate office.
- Accurately Process weekly payroll.
- All other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management
and staff. - Must display a professional approach to communication, customer service, and teamwork to
effectively interact with all levels of employees, clients, visitors and outside consultants. - Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office products (WORD, Excel and PowerPoint)
as well as applicant tracking software and social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn and
Twitter. - Ability to establish and achieve assigned goals, prioritize and perform multiple functions and
tasks. - Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrates sense of urgency in completing assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A focus in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Healthcare/Healthcare Administration
preferred, but not necessary. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources
Management software. - 2 years sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Healthcare staffing experience preferred, but not required.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to carry out other tasks as requested in situations where hands-on intervention or
participation may be required.
