Sydney has been a vital part of Elite Medical Staffing for four years, journeying from Staffing Coordinator to Director of Business Development. She thrives on daily interactions with our facilities and has a deep appreciation for the company’s growth over the years. When Sydney isn’t visiting facilities or attending events, she enjoys quality time with her family, especially her twin girls. Sydney’s passion for connecting with people and her dynamic role at Elite make her an indispensable team member.

Rosa – Staffing Coordinator
Rosa began her career in the dynamic environment of patient care coordination at a private dental practice in downtown Orlando. With a strong foundation in scheduling, patient relations, and office management, she transitioned seamlessly into her role as a Staffing Coordinator at Elite. Rosa is the vital link between exceptional candidates and rewarding opportunities, leveraging her expertise to foster mutually beneficial relationships. She takes great joy in getting to know the clinicians at Elite and assisting them in finding the perfect fit at facilities in need. Balancing her professional life with being a loving mother to two incredible daughters, Rosa brings patience, empathy, and resilience to every aspect of her work.

Nicole – Staffing Coordinator
Nicole joined Elite Medical Staffing eight months ago and has quickly become an essential part of the Florida team as a Staffing Coordinator. In her free time, Nicole loves spending time with her dogs, exploring the outdoors, or getting lost in a good book. Her dedication to her role and her passion for helping others make her a valuable asset to the Elite team.

Brooke – Account Manager
Brooke started at Elite as a Staffing Specialist in 2021 after completing her undergraduate degree at The University of Central Florida. She has since transitioned to an Account Manager role, overseeing Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Brooke is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Policy and Management. She finds the intersection of Public Health and the long-term care industry fascinating and sees firsthand the impact of healthcare access in rural areas on staffing. Outside of work, Brooke’s academic pursuits and her dedication to improving healthcare access make her an inspiring and driven team member.

Lunedie – Healthcare Staffing Coordinator
Lunedie, MSM, is a dedicated Healthcare Staffing Coordinator overseeing the LA, TN, and TX areas. With a consultative approach and a commitment to excellence, she quickly understands the needs of her clients and candidates, placing clinicians in both contract and per diem positions. Lunedie holds a master’s degree in Business Management and brings over a decade of professional experience in Human Resources and Operations. Proudly Haitian born and New York bred, she now resides in Florida with her husband and 3-year-old son. Lunedie enjoys volunteering at church, spending time with friends and family, and is a passionate Zumba enthusiast who could win any dance battle.

Adam – Staffing Coordinator
Adam is the newest addition to the Elite team, having joined about a month ago, and he has loved every minute of it! He is passionate about helping people and making their lives easier. When not at work, you can find Adam at the gym or gaming with his buddies. A huge fan of MMA and the NFL, Adam is often the host of lively sporting event parties. His enthusiasm and love for sports bring an energetic and fun dynamic to the team.
