Sydney – Area Manager
Sydney has been a cornerstone of the Michigan branch at Elite Medical Staffing since November 2020. A proud graduate of Michigan State University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Promotion. “Go Green!” is her rallying cry. Outside of work, Sydney loves staying active and enjoys taking her 1-year-old Labrador Retriever, Kali, on scenic hikes. Her passion for health and fitness, combined with her dedication to the team, makes her an invaluable leader at Elite.

Hannah – Staffing Manager
Hannah has been the Staffing Manager for Michigan since May 2021, bringing her passion for healthcare and leadership to Elite. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan – Flint and her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management with a focus on leadership from Michigan State University (Go Green!!). In her free time, Hannah loves reading, indulging in retail therapy, and watching reality TV. Currently, she’s also busy planning her upcoming wedding in May, adding an exciting personal milestone to her list of achievements.

Nicole – Staffing Coordinator
Nicole joined Elite almost three months ago and has enjoyed every moment of her journey so far. She graduated from Oakland University with a major in Human Resource Development. Nicole’s ultimate travel goal is to visit Malta and explore her great-grandparents’ homeland. When she’s not working, Nicole loves spending time with her loved ones and going on walks with her 4-year-old Pitbull named Rosé. Her enthusiasm for new experiences and dedication to her role make her a wonderful addition to the team.

Alyx – Staffing Coordinator
Alyx started with Elite as a Staffing Coordinator in February 2024 and hails from Alma, MI. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Systems Administration from Ferris State University. Alyx enjoys running outdoors during her free time and dreams of traveling to Greece someday. Her energetic spirit and commitment to healthcare staffing bring fresh perspectives and vitality to the Michigan branch.
